Upon placing an order with us, you are guaranteed the following:
Engagement/Acceptance
Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance or declining the order. The status in our management system will change to either Assigned or Canceled. Orders are declined only if they are outside our coverage area, fall outside our scope of services, or the order comes with conditions we are unable to meet. If cancelled, a courtesy call will be made to your office.
Appointment Scheduling
Our contact policy is strictly enforced and ensures that your borrowers and/or agents will be contacted within 24 hours of placing the order. In this way, the appraiser can screen property particulars and determine more efficiently if there will be collateral issues or conditions that may adversely affect the viability of the loan.
An e-mail alert is sent followed by a courtesy call if we run into trouble contacting the borrower. Please be informed that we do not schedule appointments on major holidays. Appointment times are usually between 8:00 am and 4:00 p.m. which can change seasonally. Typically, a 1 hour window is set. Once the inspection is scheduled, a notice of the inspection time and date will be e-mailed to you automatically.
Status Update
Clients are updated with an e-mail for every significant status change or any issue that might affect the turn time or viability of the loan.

Report Delivery
All appraisals are delivered electronically, through our management system via e-mail with a download link, bringing the assignment to a close.
