48-72 hour service is standard for most single family and condo products. Same-day or next-day service is often available, but we encourage all customers to call when premium services are needed to check for schedule availability and fee quote if applicable.

"Next Day" (24 Hour) rush service must be negotiated ahead of time. This service provides clients full appraisal reports within 24 hours from the time of inspection.

"Same Day" service requests must be made before 10:00 AM (PST) and immediate access must be available to the appraiser. Local coverage only.
